This Reading Open Data Service website, its services and the data supplied via its APIs (“the Website”) are operated and controlled by Reading Buses (“we”, “us” our “our”).
The primary purpose of the Website is to provide at no cost to external parties, information on buses journeys operated by us and our partners for non-commercial purposes.*

As a condition of using the Website to subscribe to data feeds via the provided APIs, you are required to register to create an account.
Use of the Website is governed by these terms (“Terms”). By accessing the Website and registering to use the services provided by the Website, you are agreeing to the Terms set out below. If you do not accept these Terms you should exit the Website immediately and stop using any the provided services.
As a condition of your use of the Website, you agree that you will not use the Website or any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use.
We may at any time revise these Terms. It is up to you to regularly review the Terms in case there are any changes. Continued use of the Website after a change has been made is to be treated as acceptance of that change by you.
